Naomi Lipnick Lee M.D., FACP
Dr Lee believes the doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of good medical care and loves how the direct primary care model fosters this relationship. “I grew up in a family of storytellers. I like the details. I love to learn about people’s life stories, their values and priorities. I strive to know my patients well and understand the factors in their lives that influence their health so that I can meet them where they are and partner with them to move in the direction of their health goals”.
Dr Lee joined Bellevue Medical Partners in 2022. Her clinical interests include the full spectrum of general internal medicine, with a special interest in preventative medicine, metabolic health/diabetes and chronic disease management. She is committed to lifelong learning and loves the opportunity for this provided by general internal medicine. She takes time to communicate and collaborate with specialists and learn from their expertise to optimize the care of her patients. She is active in professional organizations like the American College of Physicians and the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). In 2021, she became board certified in Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and is currently working to become a Certified Menopause Practitioner through NAMS.
She is a native of Seattle and though she has traveled far and wide, she has always called the Pacific Northwest home. She lives with her husband, three kids and beloved yellow lab. When she isn’t at work, Dr. Lee can be found on the sidelines of her children’s soccer games, reading, practicing yoga, and hiking with her dog. She is happiest on or near the water (in solid or liquid form) – swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the summer, and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.

Al Pacifico M.D.
Dr Pacifico was born in Newark, NJ, and grew up in Birmingham, AL. He attended Duke University for both his undergraduate degree and medical degree. He came to the Pacific Northwest for internal medicine residency and was on staff at the University of Washington for a year before embarking on an infectious disease fellowship. His varied career has included caring for those with acute illness in emergency room, urgent care, and hospital settings and for those with chronic diseases in outpatient settings. He and Dr. Mills know one another after working together at Providence in Everett from 2007 to 2010. He is no stranger to the difficulty of being a patient, having repeatedly undergone multiple orthopedic surgeries following sports injuries.
Dr Pacifico strives to be a clear communicator and to tailor treatments to patients’ lifestyles. He is attentive to detail and has found Emily Dickinson’s saying “If you take care of the small things, the big things take care of themselves” highly apropos to the practice of medicine.
He has remained in the Pacific Northwest since coming here in 1990, and lives with his wife (a physical therapist), daughter, and more than one cat. When not at work, he can be found on the sidelines of an ultimate frisbee game or ski race, cheering his daughter on, mountain biking, skiing, or kiteboarding.
He will be joining Bellevue Medical Partners in October, 2024.
